How close are we to going into administration/liquidation,days,weeks,months?Do you think we can complete our remaining fixtures?.Even if the players turn up tomorrow they won,t do it till april,no players = no team,no team = NO CLUB.Dennis Sad

What are the rules with new players?

For example could we field a team of youth players and Sunday league players in order to complete the fixture list? (seriously), or would there be insurance issues etc.

I would imagine that you can sign any player if they have not been registered at a club no problem.

If a player is registered with a club then there is a 7 day rule which can be waived by the club if they want.

So basically you can sign as many players as you want and register them with the respective league within its rules, Tim will know more

If that's the case then I'm sure we could field a team each week.

Some decent teams to pick players from in the Redditch League: Churchill FC, Black Horse (still?), Austin Ex Apps. , plus the college?

I'm sure most of them would jump at the chance to experience this level of football, but let's see how things pan out after Saturday Smile

Surely it's better to lose 8-0 every week and go down swinging, than not field a team and get voted out of the league?

Yes but the gulf in class is evident. Robbie Agar plays for Churchhill and he is out of his depth at this level (that is not a dig at Robbie as he plays for nowt and tries his hardest). Most of the players for those sorts of clubs will be playing Midland Alliance, Mid Comb, Unibond or Southern League Midland. They are likely to be paid and will not want the hassle of travelling BSN type distances, harsh but fair.
